Information we collect
We may collect contact and account details, business assessment answers, generated workflow records, orders, support messages, consent records, technical security logs, and basic product analytics. Do not submit credentials, payment data, health data, protected-trait data, or unnecessary personal information. Payment card information is handled by Paddle and is not stored by TYAVANTA.
How we use information
We use information to score opportunities, create and deliver requested workflows, operate checkout and fulfilment, provide support, prevent abuse, measure performance, and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing requires separate consent.
AI and service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, storage, and analytics; Paddle may act as merchant of record; Microsoft provides transactional email and account authentication services may process sign-in data. If AI workflow generation is activated, the selected provider and its relevant processing terms will be disclosed here before customer data is sent. AI generation is currently launch-gated.
Access links, retention, and rights
Anonymous reports use a secret link; anyone with that link may be able to view the report. You can claim a report to an authenticated account. Order records are retained for accounting, legal, fraud, and support duties. Other records are retained only as reasonably necessary. Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability.
