Products and contract
TYAVANTA supplies digital workflow guides, templates, and educational materials. The payment provider may act as merchant of record and seller for the transaction. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and access is issued.
Permitted use
You may use purchased materials internally in the purchasing business, subject to the Digital Product Licence. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the materials as a competing product.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, following professional obligations, and deciding whether any AI service is suitable for your data and use case.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep access reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every third-party AI product. To the extent permitted by law, TYAVANTA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
