TYAVANTA supplies digital workflow guides, assessments, templates, and customized operational workflows. Paddle may act as merchant of record and seller. A paid contract is formed when payment is accepted and the related entitlement is issued.
Accounts and access
You must keep report links and account access secure and provide accurate information. Purchased entitlements are for the purchasing business and may include stated generation or refinement limits. Abuse, circumvention of limits, resale, public redistribution, or use to build a competing product is prohibited.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for reviewing every output, correcting errors, protecting confidential information, following professional obligations, and retaining human control over legal, financial, employment, safety, payment, and customer commitments.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, Tyavin FZE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable rules of Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority. Courts or tribunals with jurisdiction in Sharjah will hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections and merchant-of-record processes.
